I work with professionals and individuals in central Tunbridge Wells, London, and online via Zoom, offering a discreet and confidential setting for reflective, depth-oriented work.

Depth, Not Surface

Psychotherapy explores your life in full context, including formative experiences that shaped your inner world, your relationships, and your patterns. This is not counselling. It is depth work — reflective, challenging, and transformative.

I bring over 15 years' experience across the NHS, charities, and private practice, supporting clients navigating complex challenges.

Areas I Cover

  • Relationships
  • Loss and bereavement
  • Burnout and depletion
  • Recurrent relationship patterns
  • Identity and self-worth
  • Emotional integration
  • Life transitions and reassessment
  • Anxiety and depression
  • Complex trauma
  • Existential questioning

Transactional Analysis (TA), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness

My Approach

The work draws on Transactional Analysis (TA), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness. Together, we explore:

  • Your life script — the internal story shaped by early life experiences and survival strategies
  • The different parts of yourself, and how they interact in daily life
  • Mindfulness practices — as a way to meet your inner world fully

I am passionate about questioning the myths around healing and what it truly asks of us. Therapy is not about being ‘fixed’. It is about understanding, acceptance, and conscious choice. I challenge the ‘fix me’ mindset, encouraging clients to meet themselves fully rather than chase an idealised change.

We also explore whether we genuinely choose our careers or whether our paths have been shaped by early conditioning and survival strategies — and how therapy can help reclaim authentic choice.

The Work

Psychotherapy asks two fundamental questions:

1. What happened?
2. Why do I keep telling myself the story of how I should be?

As these patterns become conscious, freedom and choice emerge. Clients often describe a growing sense of clarity, confidence, and emotional autonomy.

The Quiet Voice

At the heart of the work is the quiet, steady inner voice that reflects your true self. Psychotherapy supports a movement away from pleasing, proving, or performing, towards a more authentic relationship with yourself and others.

Witnessing clients reach this place is a profound privilege.

A deeply transformative experience. For the first time, I truly understand the patterns that have held me back for years. The space provided was professional, yet incredibly warm and holding.

- FORMER CLIENT

A truly safe and professional space. The depth of the work we did has profoundly changed how I show up in my life, my relationships, and my career. I felt challenged but always supported.
